This would get five stars if I could order an additional top rack. The size is non-standard, so all the normal places I would find one (restaurant supply stores, for example) don't have something that would fit. For my storage needs, having an additional top rack would work wonders. I contacted the "support" and couldn't get any information on sizing, and was told these are manufactured in Vietnam(!).
Other than this, the rack is wonderful.

I purchased a golf equipment rack that came with a missing piece. It happens, but usually trying to get a replacement part is a pain. Great Rack. This item is available at Costco as well and some of the reviews there leave much to be desired.
Although there's no instructions to teach you how to open the cardboard box, I was able to do that without any assistance. Unfortunately (due to my own carelessness) I suffered a minor paper cut on my finger, thankfully no tourniquet was needed. Once the box was open, I found the instructions, then laid out all the pieces and performed a quick inventory.
The instructions are really well laid out in a sequence that anyone with an IQ of greater than 75 could assemble it quickly. I took my time and was able to have it assembled fully with the top shelf on in under 28 minutes (including box opening and medical care). It was now ready to put my golf bag, spare golf clubs, balls and shoes on it. I then rolled it to the area reserved in the garage for Golf storage.
Those would've left a review that it's too difficult to assemble and the instructions are incomplete must have trouble with basic everyday life skills. YMMV.
