Return and Refund Policy

At Home Storage Supply, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Below are the details of our return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less taxes and shipping & handling costs). 

Conditions for Returns:

  • Products must be in their original packaging, new/unopened condition with all hardware, instructions, warranties, registration information, and packaging material.
  • Products must be returned in proper working order, with no missing parts, to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return: Email our customer support team at info@homestoragesupply.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions and the return address.
  3. Shipping: Return shipments must be paid by the customer. Please use a reliable carrier that provides a tracking number and shipping insurance, as Home Storage Supply is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
